This topic discusses how to resolve common issues or problems that you might see in the Analysis Pane for a document:
If the Analysis Pane is not shown on the right of the FoodWorks window, on the View menu, click Analysis Pane.
If the Analysis Pane is narrow, the list of analyses is shown as a drop-down menu. To use the drop-down menu: In the Analysis Pane at the top, underneath the tabs, click the <analysis type> button (e.g. All Components), then select the type of analysis that you want from the drop-down menu. To step through each analysis, you can click the arrow buttons to the left and right of the button.
The Analysis Pane is resizable. If you would prefer to see the list of analyses on the left of the pane, widen the pane.
To show all the nutrients and components available for this database, in the Analysis Pane, click All Components.
NOTE: Not all nutrients or components available in FoodWorks will be enabled for this database. In general, nutrients are enabled to match the nutrient data in the data sources (food selections) you are working with. These settings are based on the type of database you chose to create.
For Nutrient Reference Values (NRVs) to be shown for food record or meal plan, you first need to set the personal details.
For recipes, to show the analysis per Serve, enter the serve information. A Serve tab appears at the top of the Analysis Pane.
For recipes and foods that are liquids, to show the analysis per 100mL (not per 100g):
A 100mL tab appears at the top of the Analysis Pane.

To view analyses for the whole document, ensure that no rows are selected in the foods or ingredients grid. To clear all selections in the grid, click any grid cell.
